What are 360 Virtual Tours?
The phrase virtual tour means different things to different people. As far as 360virtual-tours.net are concerned, a virtual tour is, in most cases, a complete tour of a property, with all principal rooms included. This complete picture is included in the price. In most cases we do not charge extra for additional scenes. A scale interactive floor plan and scene descriptions can also be added to provide the viewer with an even more complete picture of the property being showcased .

All 360 Virtual Tours currently being produced are fully compatible with PCs, Macs, iPhone and iPads, and most android smart phones and tablets. If you are already using one of these browsers but still experiencing problems please download the latest version of
Flash Player or
Java from here.

Will viewers have to download additional software to view my 360 virtual tours?

What happens if the weather is poor on the day of the shoot?
We are highly experienced in digital retouching, meaning only very bad weather conditions, such as snow or torrential rain would cause serious problems for outdoor shoots. As most of the images are indoors the weather is not important.
How long does it take for a producer to shoot a 360 virtual tour?
It usually takes around an hour for a photographer to shoot a virtual tour depending on the number of scenes. However in certain circumstances this can change and we will be able to advise you of this prior to arrival. Factors such as the weather obviously are an important consideration. We ask that you have the property ready for filming at the time of the appointment.
May I decide what interior and exterior shots I want in my 360 virtual tour?
Yes, you may choose any scenes or rooms to be represented in the virtual tour of each property. Exterior shots are weather permitting.
How do I pay for my Virtual Tour?
You will be invoiced once the Virtual Tour has been completed. Our terms are payment within 7 days.
If I have to cancel my 360 virtual tour shoot, will I still be charged?
There is no charge for cancelling your appointment if you contact 360virtual-tours.net at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment at which time we will be able to rearrange a convenient time. However in certain instances because we have arranged other appointments in your area on that same day, it may be necessary to charge a proportion of the travel cost. We will advise you of this at the time.If you do not contact us before the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £50.00 to cover some of our expenses.
What if I am late or miss my appointment?
Our Virtual Tours photographer will wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time until leaving the property for their next appointment. If you miss the appointment, you will be charged £50. We also ask that you wait 30 minutes if the photographer is late for the appointment. We will endeavour to make contact with you if for some reason we have been held up, and by return we would ask you to contact our Photographer if for some reason you are delayed. We will give you the Photographers mobile phone number when confirming the appointment.
What will happen if I am not satisfied with the images?
In the first instance it is more than likely that we will identify images that we are not happy with, and make arrangements with you to take these images again. Quality is very important to us and we will ensure that your Virtual Tour will enhance your website and that you will be completely satisfied with your virtual tour.
